Day 8 - Klaipeda, Lithiania

We woke up to this sunrise this morning
A short time later they blew the fog horn on the ship!
We spent the morning on the ship doing laundry and reading with this beautiful landscape outside our deck

At noon we started our tour.
We got off the ship to this band.

These 7 women were survivors of the Siberian work camps during the occupation of Stalin in Klaipeda.  They sang for us when we arrived at the museum.  We spent some time in the museum then continued to a farm where we tried some moonshine and homemade caraway cheese.
The owner was the British attachĂ© to Lithuania and decided to retire here.

Later we had a beverage in a local pub!
It was a beautiful warm afternoon so we decided to walk back to the boat instead of taking the bus.
